They stood out like sore thumbs in a place like this, but the nuns of Victoria Road were a symbol of purity amidst the grit of the streets. And like the plant pushing through the cracks in the sidewalk, they looked around at what they had and saw the potential all around them. The potential in the streets, in the people and in the fynbos they collected to make tea.

Inspired by the Nuns who lived there for over a hundred years, 021 on Victoria is a dash of stoic sophistication – it celebrates the natural purity, and incorruptible nature of these women who sought out the best in everything around them and wove it into so much more.

A refreshingly complex gin where the flavours of juniper, rose geranium and wild rosemary are beautifully complemented by indigenous rooibos and wild honey.
